These Terms are intended for users in Bosnia and Herzegovina and other Balkan countries. If you access the platform from another location, you are responsible for complying with any local rules that apply to you.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Projekti.ba, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
2. Who can use Projekti.ba
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Projekti.ba. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password private and let us know right away if you suspect someone else has access.
3. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it current. You are responsible for the activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or deceptive content.
- Infringe anyone else's intellectual property or privacy.
- Spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
- Misrepresent your identity or your relationship to an idea or project.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the ideas, posts, and other content you share. By posting, you grant Projekti.ba a worldwide, non exclusive license to host and display that content so the platform can operate. You are responsible for the content you post and for having the rights to share it.
6. Ideas are not confidential
Ideas shared publicly on Projekti.ba are not confidential. Posting an idea does not prevent other users from seeing, discussing, building, or being inspired by similar ideas. If you want to protect an idea, use a separate written agreement, intellectual property registration, or private legal advice before posting it publicly.
7. Fundraising
Some ideas show a fundraising goal and the progress shown toward it. Projekti.ba only displays this information. We do not process payments, hold money, or take part in any funding arrangement between users, and we do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any fundraising request or how the funds are used. If you raise or contribute funds, you are responsible for your own agreements and for any legal, accounting, and tax obligations that apply to you.
8. Privacy
Our
Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, and the rights you have over it.
9. Moderation and reporting
We may remove, hide, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms, harm the community, or create legal or security risk.
Users can report content, accounts, bugs, or safety issues through the in app reporting tools.
10. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, and we are not responsible for the conduct of other users or the outcome of any collaboration.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Projekti.ba and the people who run it are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, for lost profits or opportunities, or for loss of data arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the mandatory law that applies to you, including consumer protection law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country say otherwise.
13. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. You can stop using Projekti.ba and close your account whenever you like. These terms continue to apply to your past use of the platform.
14. General
Projekti.ba lets you sign in with third party services such as Google, and may link to other sites and tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
These Terms are provided in English. If we later publish a translation, the English version is the reference if there is any difference in meaning.
